Afraid of the man sitting across you. Of the grey coat hanging from his chair. Of the man’s perfect-white shirt and his very grey pants. The tie is white, black and lifeless.
You are terrified by the gun pointing at you from the table, accusing, just like the man's plain brown eyes.
You are scared of me, my tie and my decaf.
You are wondering how the hell you got here.
